Day 1 :   Hanoi – Ba Be
Day 2 :   Ba Be boat trip - Cao Bang
Day 3 :   Cao Bang - Ban Gioc Water Fall - Nguom Ngao Cave
Day 4 :   Cao Bang - Hanoi

DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Hanoi - Ba Be Lake (L, D)
We start this magnificent adventure with our drive from Hanoi up to the North East with enchanting northern landscapes certainly photo-stops en route. Once we get to the Ba Be National Park, we will walk around the village of Tay ethnic to experience their life. We spend our first night in a Tay’s family stilt house.

Day 2: Ba Be Lake boat Trip - Cao Bang (B, L, D)
We recommend and early ride and a walk around the village to enjoy the stunning scenery and fresh air. Our local home-prepared breakfast will be followed by 5 hours exploring the Ba Be Lake and Nang River. The exploration includes a cruise though Ba Be Lake, a visit to Dau Dang water fall, Puong cave. We then take our car to Cho Ra town for lunch and drive to Cao Bang in the afternoon.
Overnight in a hotel in Cao Bang.

Day 3: Cao Bang - Ban Gioc Water Fall - Nguom Ngao Cave (B, L, D)
Our morning drive will take us to the remote area with a stop at Nung ethnic’s Phuc Sen village where we can learn the basical technics of local blacksmith making their farming tools. By lunch time we will get to Ban Gioc waterfall where we board the bamboo raft for most up-closed discovery of the most beautiful waterfall of Vietnam. Time and other condition depending we will have our picnic lunch right on the raft of in a local nearby restaurant. The trip will continue with a visit to Nguom Ngao limestone Cave which is 2 km away from Ban Gioc waterfall. We then drive back to Cao Bang for the night.
Overnight in Cao Bang.

Day 4: Cao Bang - Hanoi (B, L)
There is an option of visiting Cao Bang market before returning to Hanoi. We also see the Museum of Ethnology in Thai Nguyen City. Lunch in a local restaurant en route before we come back to our hotel in Hanoi in the afternoon to conclude our adventure. End of our service or start another adventure.
