DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrive Saigon (D)
Upon arrival, you are met by our Tour guide and transferred to our hotel in Saigon. There will be a City Tour if time permits (depending on the arrival time). This tour will offer you a glance of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) with the visit to the War Remnant Museum. It continues by a 2- hour cyclo tour to District 5 which is known as the China Town of Saigon, where Binh Tay Market, Jade Emperor Pagoda, and Thien Hau Pagoda are. Welcome dinner is at a local restaurant to sample some of Vietnamese delightful cuisine.
Overnight in Saigon
 
Day 2: In Saigon (B, L, D)
After a late breakfast we will take our 2-hour bus trip to Tay Ninh, where we will experience the extraordinary religion of Cao Dai. The praying will start at midday and will last for 45 minutes. We then return to our bus, drive to lunch and have our afternoon visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels (known as the former Viet Cong Stronghold for 10 years of the war). We return back to Saigon for the night.

Day 3: Saigon – Mekong Delta (B, L)
Today we drive down to the lively river towns of Cai Be and Vinh Long. We will spend the whole day there to explore the peasant life with their cottage industries. All these manual productions provide to the market a great deal of bricks, ceramics, fish sauce, rice pops and rice paper, etc. Late in the afternoon we will drive down to Can Tho City, where we will spend the night in our hotel.
Overnight in Can Tho.
 
Day 4: Mekong Delta – Saigon (B, L)
We will spend half of the morning witnessing the unique excitement of Cai Rang floating market and discover more of the local cottage industry. We drive back to Saigon after lunch.
Overnight in Saigon.
 
Day 5: Departure day (B)
Free until transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for your flights home. End of our service.
